I think that our Club model made by Graham Neale is one of the most beautiful promotions ever made. Special thanks to Graham for the great job done.
The only way it was economically feasible to put 7 colors in the printing of a model is by using a new technology. Pad or tampo printing would be excessively costly. The printing is done and applied in a similar manner to a decal instead of applying it on the metal. This way, the printing is stable and a good quality finish is achieved. This printing can be enhanced further by applying heat to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, which effectively bakes the print label to the paint. This enhancement could not be done to our Holiday model since it was already assembled with all it plastic parts like wheels and windows, which cannot withstand such a high temperature. The enhanced technology is appropriate to use when the printing is done prior to assembly.
