- Mail a) the original Superfast® voucher for each vehicle purchased and
b) a check or money order payable to SUPERFAST® 40th Anniversary Promotion
with US$3.95 shipping and process for each vehicle you order to:

Requests must be postmarked by May 15, 2010 and received by May 31, 2010.
The mail-in voucher must accompany each request.
